Rick brings executive leadership experience from brokerage, development and asset management involving several hundred million dollars.
Previously as Senior Managing Director with CBRE in California and Colorado, he oversaw all business lines, including the formation of CBRE’s national Healthcare Capital Markets.
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with experience in business development and organizational management have polished his dealmaking acumen. Rick has served on boards including NAIOP, University of Colorado’s Real Estate Center, Denver Economic Development Corp., BOMA and Mental Health America of Colorado.
Rick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has attended professional education programs including the Stanford University Advanced Management Program.
