Henry leads RealSource Group’s investment advisory practice, sourcing capital placements in medical properties for our client investors. This includes acquisitions of existing assets and forming strategic relationships for property developments.
Attuned to evolving market conditions that impact developers, investors and physicians, Henry guides transaction structuring and underwriting. He focuses on creative solutions to counterparties’ business objectives optimizing outcomes for time, capital, and risk.
Prior to founding RealSource, Henry served in institutional capital markets groups at CBRE and Savills with emphasis on healthcare properties. He has completed over $7 billion in commercial real estate transactions during his career.
Henry holds degrees from the University of Nebraska and Columbia University.
